PocketHospital Terms and Conditions

Welcome to PocketHospital! These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of PocketHospital's digital health application ("Application") and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PocketHospital. By accessing and using our Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Application.

9. Ambulance Requesting

Our Application may provide a feature to request ambulance services in case of emergencies. While we strive to facilitate timely ambulance dispatch, we cannot guarantee immediate availability or response times. You should always dial emergency services (e.g., 112) in life-threatening situations.

10. Appointment Booking

Our Application may allow you to schedule appointments with healthcare providers or medical facilities. While we endeavor to maintain accurate appointment schedules, we cannot guarantee availability or accuracy. It is your responsibility to verify and confirm appointments directly with the relevant parties.

11. Medication Delivery

Our Application may offer a service for ordering and delivering medications to your specified location. While we strive to ensure timely and accurate delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery times or availability of specific medications. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and following up on any delivery-related issues.

12. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. Continued use of the Application after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
